About this course
Dynamos Cricket provides boys and girls from 8-11 years old with non-stop fun. Each week there will be a focus on a different cricket skill to build their confidence and ability, before they take part in a 60-ball countdown cricket match.
Dynamos Cricket will help grow your child's love of the game, and will give them the opportunity to socialise and make friends in a safe environment.

We’re thrilled to announce that for the very first time, Ovington Cricket Club will be running Dynamos Cricket for Girls — an exciting, fun-filled programme designed to inspire the next generation of female cricketers! 🏏
What is Dynamos Cricket?
Dynamos is the perfect introduction (or next step) for girls aged 8–11 who want to play, learn, and have fun with friends. With dynamic sessions, soft ball games, and loads of skills-based activities, it’s all about building confidence and enjoyment in a welcoming, all-girls environment.

Did you know parents and carers can get involved and play cricket with their children too? It's a great way to spend time with your child and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Parent Activators (helpers) will support the fully accredited lead Activator in delivering the sessions, supporting and encouraging children as they learn new skills. It's completely optional and you do not need to be a cricket expert to be involved.
